Capacity & Registration Note

Our program has limited capacity:

60 children maximum for morning (AM) care
36 children maximum for afternoon (PM) care

Once capacity is reached, registration will close and families will be contacted to join a waitlist.

To avoid being charged twice, families registering for both AM and PM care must register each session separately:

This program serves Fleetwood Area School District students. The school district will provide busing to and from Willow Creek Elementary for all participants. Please coordinate transportation through the Fleetwood School District Transportation Office.

Registration Process

To complete registration:

Fill out all forms in the Parent Handbook.
Submit completed forms via email to [email protected] or mail them to the YMCA.
Online registration is also available. You will receive an email with additional forms that must be completed before your child may attend.

Note: Your child’s start date cannot be confirmed until all paperwork and scheduling is verified by a director.

Program Hours

Before School: 6:30 AM – Start of school
After School: School dismissal – 6:00 PM
Full Day Care: Offered on scheduled in-service days and certain holidays (see School’s Out program)

2026–2027 Program Rates

Registration Fees

$75 per child – Early enrollment (April–July 1, 2025) & ELRC participants
$150 per child – Enrollments from July 1, 2025, onward
