At the Sinking Spring YMCA, Parisi Speed School uses a curriculum based on science and sports psychology to help every athlete reach their potential. We don’t just offer speed training, improved athletic performance, and injury resilience, we offer the sense of belonging, self-confidence, and personal growth that comes with it. If you want your athlete to train with the best sports performance program in the world, the Parisi Speed School at the Y is the place to be.

Current Classes:

  • Jump Start Program (Ages 7-12): Sets an early athletic foundation helping the athlete rise above their competition.
  • Total Sports Performance Program (Ages 12-15): Builds on an athlete’s physical foundation, refining their skills to maximize their strength, aerobic, and sport-specific training.
  • Elite Sports Performance Program (14+): Utilizing either basic strength or advanced strength programming, this program builds on an athlete’s physical foundation developing their athletic abilities, even further to maximize their potential and reach their goals on game day.
  • One-on-One & Small Group Training: Personalized training to further your athlete’s sports abilities and performance.

Let us get your team primed for the upcoming season with our cutting-edge camps and training programs.

  • Team Camps: Athletes improve their biomechanics of speed, agility, power, jumping, and sport-specific conditioning through our proven curriculum. They will compete in challenges, competitions, and training while learning to be mentally tough and becoming a tighter-knit team.

    1-week, 3-week, and 6-week camps available.

  • Team Wide Combines: Evaluate the status of your program’s athleticism, strengths, weaknesses, and areas needing improvement for both the athlete and the team. We provide a written evaluation for the coach on where the team is at, where they should be, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Team Wide Speed Training: Train together in the offseason and your team will win together during the season. Athletes will train to improve speed, agility, strength, and conditioning while competing in team-building games building camaraderie, unity, and team pride.
  • Coach Education Clinics: One-day seminars give coaches insight into the latest developments in injury prevention, speed, and agility training.
